Summerhill has a professional, dedicated, in house staff of full-time property managers and accountants, a maintenance technician, and the rest of our team, to provide our clients with exceptional service and value.

We know property management very well, and it is a core service we provide to our clients.  As property manager, we bring value to the Landlord and Tenants by properly maintaining, or improving the asset, while also working to increase cash flows and property values, and yet still working to keep Landlord and Tenant expenses as low as possible. Summerhill is experienced in managing a wide variety of properties of different ages and construction types. We develop, recommend, and implement a customized approach to each managed property based upon several criteria such as property condition, vacancy levels, market conditions, ownership expectations, and tenant mix.

Summerhill puts together proactive strategies for all aspects of property management, including following a regularized annual timetable for completion of property management tasks.  We have a weekly staff meeting to discuss all outstanding leases, renewals, and collections, and we have a monthly property management meeting to go over each property one by one as a team. Summerhill will typically develop, recommend, and implement a 3 or 5+ year maintenance plan within the framework of the budget to maximize the value of the managed property.

Our depth of experience and knowledge in brokerage, property management, construction, as well as design/build, development, and investment/acquisition services provides our clients with valuable, high quality, experience, service, and value. We maintain a large book of qualified and competitive subcontractors to provide excellent service for our clients.

We regularly meet, or talk, with Tenants and Landlords in order to closely monitor their expectations and needs and we quickly and professionally respond to their inquiries in order to foster an atmosphere of trust and respect. Our emphasis is on maintaining good Tenant relations while at the same time administering the Lease.
