Accessories Brand Lease Completed in Minnetonka

We are pleased to announce a lease transaction with Panache Accessories completed recently.  Joe Smith with Summerhill Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented the Landlord and Chris Moe of HJ Development represented the Tenant.  Panache Accessories is a wholesale fashion brand that is 100% woman owned.  Panache offers handbags, purses, hats, scarves, shawls and mittens.

This term length lease transaction came together relatively quickly and efficiently under the expert guidance of Joe Smith, Vice President – Leasing with Summerhill Commercial Real Estate, LLC.  Joe is a 32 year veteran of commercial real estate, and thrives in his role at Summerhill, whether it’s working as a Landlord representative, or, in his other expert brokerage roles of Seller representative, Buyer representative, or Tenant representative.  Joe brings to the table 32 years of industry experience and is always involved in each of his transactions from the very first phone call, all the way through to handing off the keys.

The space that Panache leased worked out for them as it was the right size and the principals lived nearby.  The downtime for the Landlord between the previous tenant moving out, and the new tenant moving in, was only 1 month, due in no small part to Joe’s, and Summerhill’s active and energetic marketing efforts.  On behalf of the Tenant and Landlord, Summerhill was very pleased to be able to complete this transaction.
